Our Culture = Your Culture
Service Autopilot Embraces Your Culture
Service Autopilot knows that in order to grow bigger… better… stronger… it needs a dynamic team, all moving in the same unified direction. We are proud to have such a diverse team of individuals whose strength grows by coming together for one common purpose: to make Service Autopilot an unrivaled force. (We’re like the Voltron of service industry software.) We believe in letting team members be themselves without prejudice or judgment. This also means granting you the avenues to help you be…well, YOU! That’s why we were voted as one the TOP WORKPLACES IN DFW!
Service Autopilot strongly believes in giving back to our community. We encourage employees to take time off during the work week to volunteer at Minnie’s Food Pantry. Other volunteer opportunities include events at Moss Haven Farm or KERA telethons.
Service Autopilot has a true understanding of work life balance. A priority-based SCRUM system eases daily stress, and flexible schedules allow for life’s unforeseen moments. You can also recharge in one of our quiet rooms, or head out to a fun-filled company event such as Paintball, PinStack, or TopGolf!
From new hire celebrations to 5 year anniversary parties to a daily appreciation digital stream, Service Autopilot believes in honoring its employees and their achievements. Whether they are company-related or personal goals, team members will celebrate your successes with you!
Teaching is the heart of Service Autopilot. You’ll receive in-depth interactive software training, as well as lessons in marketing, customer service, and sales – all meant to guide you in the development of the leading software in the field service industry.
When John Caldwell and Jonathan Pototschnik started Service Autopilot in November 2009, they decided they didn’t just want to make a software company. They wanted to make a teaching company. That’s why we provide not only topnotch industry-leading software, but also hands-on training and business-building strategies to support a member’s journey.

There’s truly something for everyone at Service Autopilot. You can often find team members participating in groups such as our Dungeons and Dragons club, Film Society, or SA softball team. We assist each other with personal achievements… help you plan a trip to a far off land, motivate you to workout during lunch, or celebrate the birth of a child. Take a walk around the office between software releases and you’ll hear a Star Wars debate, check out the latest VR headset, watch the Office on Netflix in the break room, or just sit back and listen to someone strum a guitar.
We make sure that everyone employed by us has their voices heard, their goals achieved, and their successes rewarded.Monthly breakfasts, onsite communication lunches, volunteer opportunities, and quarterly offsite events help teams build relationships and provide fun breaks from daily operations. When you join Service Autopilot, you’ll quickly realize that it’s truly unlike any other company you’ve ever worked for – and we’re proud to say that!
Check out what Service Autopilot can do for you! Your career will flourish and your work-life will be balanced again. We offer a very generous PTO plan as well as solid insurance options. See why we’ve been voted one of the TOP PLACES TO WORK IN THE DFW AREA!
